Calm Effects will be hosting a UNIQUE "FRIDAY NIGHT OUT" featuring a different theme each week.  We will do this for the months of October & November, and if they are a success, we will continue them throughout the year. So come on out and enjoy a fun, relaxing FRIDAY NIGHT OUT. And if you enjoyed them, please come again and bring a friend. If you want us to continue these, please show us by attending!

 OUR VENDOR PARTICIPATION LETTER

Calm Effects would like to thank you for your interest in our Friday Night Out events. As a host of a Friday Night Out event you will be responsible for the refreshments and snacks for the guests. It will be your responsibility to introduce your product to the guests. Any and all sales from your product will be yours and Calm Effects will not take a percentage from any sale you have sold during the event. All we require is that you advertise your upcoming event with your family and friends and have them come in the night you are hosting your product. We are not resposible for the guests that attend, although we will help advertise on facebook and our website. This is YOUR resposibility. All public advertising must be first approved by Calm Effects. All beverages and snacks must be approved by Calm Effects. Remember Calm Effects is helping you to promote your product. Calm Effects will advertise your appearance and product in our Friday Night Out advertisement. This will generate business for you. Calm Effects will be offering chair massages the night of the event for $1.00 per minute with a 5 minute minimum. We will just need you to come in approx. 10 days before your event and sign this agreement. You will need to contact us so we can set you up with a date for the Friday Night Out event calendar.
